The Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology hosted the second edition Escape the Haffenreffer special event this past month. The program was originally developed by graduate student Bryn Pernot for the Barbara Greenwald Memorial Arts Program, launched in March 2018. This fall, the Museum staff built upon Pernot's project to bring the program to more students, including many who had never before visited the Museum. Puzzles were updated to incorporate the Museum's latest exhibits, and the schedule was reorganized to better accommodate student schedules. The program, as designed by Pernot, aims to combine Museum education with hands-on entertainment. The event has been highly popular, and we look forward to offering it again in the future.
